While each of us is unique and comes to the table with our own experiences, our stories aren’t all that different.

Many of us are surrounded by fear: fear of failure, fear of not reaching our full potential, and fear of letting the years tick by without taking action.

I know this because I’ve been there.

A few years ago, I felt like something was missing from my life. Everything had become routine and I didn’t like the life I had created for myself. Sure, I was successful. I had a great friend group, a solid job in Corporate America, but I wasn’t fulfilled; I wasn’t making a lasting impact in a positive way. For me, this was everything.

Whether your story looks the same or sounds completely different, I can help you uncover what it is you’re looking for.

My clients range from corporate executives, management consultants, start-up executives, actors, authors, and nurses, to individuals looking to make lasting change.

How did I get to Coaching?

Have you ever had one of those surreal experiences where everything you’ve been questioning becomes completely clear?

My journey to clarity began late one night when I got a phone call from a friend who was struggling. I listened as any supportive friend would, feeling myself tear up as he shared his story, but most of all, I stayed with him. I was there when he needed me to be; how he needed me to be.

At the end of our three hour chat, my friend closed out the call with a casual, “thanks Coach” and, in that moment, something shifted for me – a career in coaching was ignited, enabling me to combine my decade of corporate experience with my passion for serving others.

A bit more about me

With over a decade in the Corporate world, I have worked in event management, communications and training, consulting, program management, leadership and development, and now – leadership coaching. Through it all, my passion for people has remained the one constant, breathing life in to each new role.

When not developing others, I enjoy practicing yoga, playing my viola, wine tasting with friends in Sonoma County, digging in to a good book (I have a passion for the written word!), hiking, and playing with my nephews.
